The Management of MCS has a commitment to achieve and maintain the best possible standards of Health, Safety and the Welfare for all employees as well as other personnel working or visiting either of the MCS premises.

In realising its commitment, MCS complies with the relevant Occupational Health and Safety legislation. This includes:

  • Establishing and maintaining programs to identify and appropriately control workplace hazards
  • Consult with employees to Identify and Address workplace hazards and Workplace Health and Safety issues
  • Providing appropriate tools and equipment
  • Providing suitable training to employees concerning Workplace Health and Safety.

Employees should ensure they work safely, take reasonable care for the safety of others in our workplace and co-operate with Management in their efforts to ensure the safety and welfare of all.

All employees including Supervisors have an obligation to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 and its regulations. Safety Equipment, Protective Devices and Safety Clothing are provided to all employees by MCS.

The Philosophy of our Human Resource Department is to deliver the best service and systems to all employees whether they work on a fulltime, part-time or casual basis. The goal of our Human Resource Department is to help meet specific goals by attracting, the best employees for these particular tasks who then, contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
