MCS Cooks River

This is our main site located at St. Peters. It has our second storage and repair park and our rail operations. Our rail operations provide an important link to the requirements of country and interstate exporters or as a ideal location from which to reposition surplus or demand equipment.

The park consists of 12 hectares of hard surface and has undercover workshop repair facilities.

Port Link Shuttle

MCS supplies a daily shuttle service to and from Port Botany Container Terminals to our rail complex at our Cooks River site at St. Peters.

This service caters for both import and export FCLs, FAKs, LCLs as well as empties for repositioning purposes. MCS Cooks River is Customs and Quarantine approved.

Country (Rural) Rail Movements

MCS is one of the largest coordinators of country rail movements in the State of NEW SOUTH WALES. These movements are generally commodity specific such as grain and therefore are subject to strict cleanliness regulations and guidelines.

If required the full containers can be returned to MCS Cooks River for storage pending receival at ship's side or are forwarded to the terminal directly from the country loading point.
